Well Being

In the SW9 Partnership our vision and values guide us to prioritise our children’s mental health, wellbeing, social and emotional development in all of our schools.

We also aim to promote positive mental health for our staff members, our parents and our families.

In order to achieve this we employ universal whole-school approaches as well as specialised targeted approaches.

We were one of the first schools in Lambeth to appoint as well as train our own psychotherapists, we work with various mental health charities and in 2021 St Andrew’s was the first school in the SW9 Partnership to be awarded the Wellbeing Award for Schools.

Our schools are Trauma Informed trained and our staff regularly have training on supporting mental health support.

We have many systems in place to identify and support pupils and adults in our school communities, however we encourage you to get in contact with Mr Collins if you are worried about your child, yourself or another member of your family household.

We are here to support you.
